Shipping policy

At URBBANA we do our best to ship your order as fast as possible. Most orders arrive at the customers doorstep 2-5 working days after ordering.

Once your order is placed an email is sent from our system confirming your order. If you have paid with Credit Card the merchant has contacted our system & has verified that the payment has been made. If you have selected bank deposit please use your order number as the reference & for faster shipping please email us to let us know the payment has been made.
Once payment has been verified & the stock is on hand your order is then picked & packed, this normally happens same day if orders are received before 2:00pm.
Packed orders are then scanned into the system with the tracking number emailed to the customer.
At 3pm the courier picks up the order
The shipment is then delivered to your door with a signature required unless there is an authorisation to leave the package at the door.
If there is an authorisation to “leave” the courier will only “leave” if the package is left in a safe place otherwise it will be carded & taken to the nearest courier company’s warehouse.

Free shipping worldwide on all orders over $150 AUD. Most orders are delivered within 5-10 working days depending on your location.
