How will I know how many VIU points I have?

You can easily check your points balance by logging into your account on our website or asking our staff in-store. We are also working on introducing a mobile app for even more convenience.
Do VIU points expire?

Currently, your points expire after two years. However, we encourage you to use them to enjoy the full benefits of the program. Should any changes to this policy occur, we’ll inform you well in advance.
What happens to my points if I need to return an item?

If you return an item, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your VIU account. If those points have been used, your refund will reflect the balance after the points' deduction.
How can I use my VIU points in-store?

To redeem your VIU points at any URBBANA boutique, simply present a valid ID along with your account details at the time of purchase. This allows us to verify your identity and ensure that the points are matched correctly to your account. Enjoy personalizing your shopping experience with the rewards you’ve earned.
