Refund Policy

  • Urbbana welcomes all returns/exchange (or credit note)
  • 30 days Return Policy. Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Simply email us on admin@urbbana.com.au and let us know the reason for choosing to return/exchange your product
  • Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
  • Returned products must have all the original labels attached
  • Customers are to organise and cover the shipping charge of the returned products. On the other hand, we give you credit voucher for the same amount to spend on your next order!
  • We cover the charge of re-shipping a replacement/exchanged product.
  • Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product i.e. damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent etc. We request politely this be done within 48 hours of receiving your goods by telephone or email (admin@urbbana.com.au) . After confirming any claim we shall promptly re-supply the goods. Any cost for the re-shipping of product shall be the responsibility of URBBANA i.e. no additional charges shall be the responsibility of our customers.

Ordering Online? Not sure what size to order? Please feel free to order 2 sizes and return the one that’s not needed, we will then refund your money and send you a 10% discount voucher to use on your next order!

Refund:

At URBBANA, we follow the very fair Australian Consumer Law.

 The Australian consumer law says that a store or seller MUST provide a repair, replacement or refund if an item is faulty or significantly not as described.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. We shall repair or replace, free of charge any Faulty Goods.

Please note that no refund will be offered if the item is not faulty, is still fit for purpose, or if the customer has changed their mind.
